1 | quart | fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced | |

1 | cup | fresh blueberries | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | orange peel, grated | |
|
|||
3/4 | cup | heavy whipping cream | |
|
|||
2 | t=Tablespoons | granulated sugar | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | sour cream | |
|
|||
4 | cantaloupe rings | ||
|
In a bowl, combine orange juice concentrate and water. Add strawberries, blueberries and orange peel; toss gently to coat; set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, whip cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in sour cream.
To serve, spoon fruit mixture into cantaloupe rings; spoon sauce over berries.
